Xue Liping looked at the doctors and special attendants in the hospital room, along with all the monitoring equipment, and couldn't help but be speechless. This was the first time she saw such an elaborate setup for childbirth. It was indeed ten times more grand than a typical delivery.

A little more than a week later, the doctor wanted to perform a four-dimensional color ultrasound for Yan Luoxi. Li An wheeled over a cart and gently persuaded her to sit on it as he pushed her to the examination room.

Initially somewhat uncomfortable, Yan Luoxi then realized that Li An wasn't pushing her but doing so for their child's sake. She thus felt justified in enjoying his care.

The 4D ultrasound was clear and lifelike. It was the first time that Li An had seen the child in Yan Luoxi's womb on this monitor. The tiny life that he had imagined countless times and longed for day after day, suddenly became incredibly concrete and real.

A warm and intense feeling instantly arose in Li An’s heart. He yearned more than ever before to live with Yan Luoxi and their child together every single day from now on.

The doctor pointed at the screen and explained to Li An, smiling warmly as he concluded: "Mr. Li, the baby is very healthy; you can look forward to your little princess being born safely!"

He had guessed many times before about the gender of the child in Yan Luoxi's womb. Deep down, his subconscious wished for a cute and adorable little girl. But back then, it wasn't certain whether Yan Luoxi would let their child recognize him as her father, so he didn’t have the right to choose the baby’s gender.

Now that he finally knew that the child in Yan Luoxi's womb was a girl, this news perfectly matched Li An's wishes.

Unable to contain his joy and excitement, Li An looked at Yan Luoxi with affectionate warmth. This little woman before him was truly wonderful; not only did she give him the most sincere love in this world but also brought him a daughter who fit his expectations perfectly.
